I also have not been able to find the second tts4b.lic license file in the setup on my old laptop, only the tts4.lic file. Am I missing something? Is it located elsewhere?

I have been using the Tacx training app films with the Neo2T and they work very well. Its just that I had created several customized routes in TTS3 VR (with a steering frame) which became favorite rides. Sigh! Time to move on! Zwift may fill that void when I try it in the near future.

I am really interested to see if you where able to transfer TTS3 using the TTS4 method. I have a similar situation with TTS3 running on an old laptop. Are you using Win10 on the "new" machine?
