Re: Tacx wired cadence sensor T1610

... know how to test Any help greatly received I don't recognize the T1610 number. What software and trainer are you using? If it is an old Fortius or Imagic (Flow) trainer, the cadence sensor is a simple on-off switch. It is basically a reed switch that closes when a magnet is adjacent to the sensor. ...

Hi, finally I realised my Tacx imagic hardware is OK. I left my an old 32-bit laptop with Win7. I misunderstood in FortiusANT manual that it is obligatory to run Tacx imagic hardware on 32-machine, so I forced some days to launch Tacx hardware ...

The software you are referring to does predate the Fortius software. It is called the Tacx I-Magic software (it was often referred to as the "Green" software). There was also an additional VR terrain for that software called Sipscape that you could add. They also had a separate program cal...

Which software are you using? I don't recall if there was a way to adjust steering sensitivity, but I remember that steering was pretty crude. You generally steer by doing very small turn inputs and then returning to the neutral position. it's been a while since I used the steerer, which was mostly ...
