Any chance of a cover photo? If the cover is blue, it will be the Fortius Software, if not its likely to be TTS v2.

I have a Bkool Sport Connect - it works with TTS4 no problem using ANT+

If you have the old Fortius trainer and want to use Zwift or Trainer Road, then you're in luck. A chap called Wouter has written a little applet that enables a USB-connected Tacx trainer to communicate with Zwift and Trainer Road. Check the TTS2 logs.

Is it running Windows 10 - could be one of the updates?

In the Fortius Install folder, there is another folder called Support.

In there are drivers for .Net 1.1, ffdshow and dx90c - Install these and see if that helps.

Out of interest are you using a PC with an integrated graphics card?

Check the filenames are the same. Some have spaces where a '_' is shown, etc.,

Have you checked the log files to see if there are any hints?

Don't copy, clone the original drive onto a new drive and try that.

What is the error, does it have a code or anything.

Not sure about the firmware for the Smart Flow - so not sure whether to ask if its up-to-date

Another method that worked for me is to clone the PC. I have two PCs using the same activation key (pre-activated before the servers went offline).

I keep my cloned image on my file server for emergencies or if I can get my hands on another cheap smart trainer

Correction, TTS4 should work with any ANT+ FE-C compatible trainers. TTS still uses private ANT+ to communicate with Tacx legacy trainers such as the non-smart Bushido, Genius, and Vortex.
