Re: How do you make Videos and TTS files run together

Definitely works. 1. The TTS file must live in C:\ProgramData\Tacx\TrainerSoftware\TTS4\Trainings\RLV 2. The AVI file can be anywhere on your hard drive 3. Open TTS and select the RLV from the RLV list 4. You will notice that the video preview is not shown (video Preview tab), this is because the RL...

Re: TDA & Ant+

I have TDA on my Lenove computer and the ANT+ antenna have no connection to the program. When i'm loading swift for checking, this works fine with the ANT+ antenna. Have enywone a clue why the antenna not will work with TDA? Tom That is weird, I can only think that the Ant+ dongle is at fault. But ...

Re: GPS Workout Creation Not Working in TDA Today

Off topic Alas most service desks are pretty poor. I had a recent issue at work and was on the call with my companies IT Support. He was reading the same information from Google that I was. Could he delineate from that, no. I fixed the issue myself in the end. I could have saved myself 20 minutes of...

Re: media issue

I found that a recent Windows 10 update changed the default video player to their 'Movies & TV' App.

Check what is the default app in Windows 10:
Settings / Apps / Default Apps
If it is the Microsoft app, change it by clicking on it.

Re: GPS Workout Creation Not Working in TDA Today

As TDA needs to talk to the Tacx servers, it would probably be a good idea for Tacx to have a webpage that shows server status for streaming, downloading and GPS maps?! A few of their competitors do that already. Once set up, it's automatic - hence no real administrative overhead.

Alas sharing the serial number will not reactivate your license file. As the serial needs to talk to the 'Activation' server - which is no longer available.

Then install the virtual box additions, selecting both usb2 and direct 3d support. The problem with mine was resolved! If you insta...

Re: 4K Films ?

I much prefer a larger screen too. Our 4 year old 65" tv is becoming a much wanted hand me down in the family. The kids want it, but then again it would be a great replacement for the 40" I used for TDA. One thing I can't stop thinking about, is how can you immerse yourself using a tablet ...

Could be a few things? Try ininstalling the app. Check for any Tacx folders in the following folder and delete them:

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps

The folder is hidden by the way.

Reboot, check you have the latest video drivers, windows updates etc.,

Resinstall TDA

It's a good idea. Much like Zwift also offer a free under-16 year old subscription. Both my kids enjoy that. I'd like to get both my kids using TDA too, so a family based subscription would be handy indeed.

Another thing to consider is that a lot of the user-base will use tablets rather than a PC. Most people have one, where they don't necessarily have a PC. A couple friends of mine, ditched their PC in favour of their Ipads for Zwift and TrainerRoad recently.

I have very fond memories of the Imagic brake. Very simple. Very reliable. It is basically the same type of brake first used by Racermate/Computrainer, who held patents for certain aspects of this design. I seem to recall that the patent was limited to using a bronze eddy current disk, so others go...

Hmm - looks like the VM configuration. Email me your logs and I can have a look.

In most cases, it's the graphics card settings that are to blame. Depth Buffer normally relates to a directx issue

Have you enables the 3D HW acceleration option in your VM settings.
