My Tacx Flow Smart Trainer has worked okay for 2 weeks since I purchased it but today it has stopped outputting any power speed or cadence measurements.
I have updated the firmware using the Tacx utility but this makes no difference.
I cannot calibrate it because it does not sense when I am peddling.
The rear wheel of the bike is firmly attached and I can see the fly wheel rotating when I pedal.
The readings are the same whether I connect using Bluetooth or Ant.
I have tried leaving the power off for a few hours and I have also ensured that there are no other Bluetooth devices nearby like laptop. The Green led light flashes as normal.
Is there anything else I should check or is this simply a broken unit?

Assuming that you have tried various software platforms and are getting the same result, I would contact Tacx/Garmin support for advice. But from your description, it sounds like a defective unit.
I am also assuming the software sees the Flow with either BT or ANT+, but it did not output data of any kind.
