Neo 2 skipping

Neo 2 is skipping clunking every pedal stroke , I replaced the bearing checked the bike and removed it . when I spin the fly wheel with out the bike on the trainer it is still occurring so I am assuming its something to do with the trainer. Any suggestions

If you are confident that this is not a mechanical/physical interference issue, then it must be an electrical problem. Could be either the electromagnets or the electronics themselves. I think you need to contact Tacx/Garmin support for a replacement or repair.
