I have not tried it, but it should work using ANT+ (not Bluetooth). There has been some discussion of this on this forum:

6-21-22 Update: Today I tried TTS4 with my Neo2T and a ANT+ transmitter and it appeared to work okay. I did a short Arizona video test as well as a VR course test, so I don't really know if a longer ride will create issues. I have the blue, round Genius handlebar controller and it linked as well, but I am not sure it will stay connected as it may need a Genius brake to work. The green LED kept flashing in a rotating circle which may be an indication that it is not fully paired with the software
But I have to say that the software is incredibly slow to load. I like some of the older videos not seen on TDA, but not enough to use it. I think it has been over a year since I tested it. Wasn't sure if any the ongoing Windows 10 updates would disable it, but at least it still works.
