Tacx Bushido T1980 - Rolling Hills Profile?

Hi,
I have a T1980 Bushido handlebar computer unit and related Brake. I also have the laptop/desktop Ant package, though this is for a Windows PC and I only use Macs.
I accidentally deleted the program called Rolling Hills from the handlebar computer and need to have this back as this is the main program that I use.

Does anyone know how to put the Rolling Hills program back on to the handlebar computer please?
Even if someone has a printout of the profile steps (Incline percentage and distance) or if someone could kindly write down the profile stages at least then I could manually program it back in.
