HRM not connecting to TDA

It has become increasingly difficult to get the Tacx bluetooth HRM to connect with the TDA. Taking forever, and today not at all. It connects instantly to the trainer, the Garmin bike computer or the TTA (android). It also connects instantly on Rouvy on the same computer. Anyone having the same problem or a solution ?

If you have not already done this, I would replace the battery in the HRM. From you description, I can't tell whether the HRM has no problem connecting on Rouvy.
