Hello!
First: I have a valid membership to download 720p films.
Today I wanted to download a new film, but my system denied: „not enough memory on harddisk“ .
(There are hundrets of GB free space…)
Then I noticed that the download filesize was declare to have 3.6 EB (Exabyte - which is really biiiiig!“)
I tried another film - all films are declared to have a size of more EB (Exabytes).
What‘s up here?

I just tried a couple of short downloads and did not have any problem or any kind of file size mismatch, so if you are still experiencing this you really should contact Garmin/Tacx support.

For me it is the same with two different accounts and on three different PC's.
My Android phone does download the film in Mb/Gb though!

I am advised that this is a known bug if the user language is set to something other than English. The temporary workaround is to either change the language to English or only use the streaming option until it is fixed.
