Recently purchased a Neo2 & decided to try the premium Tacx app and one of the video rides. As a newbie, I’m not sure if what I’m experiencing is what should be happening? An example, when climbing, the gradient increased gradually to 12%, although the bike speed fell, I didn’t feel any significant increase in pedal pressure and my rpm seemed to stay pretty well the same. I was definitely sweating more so the effort was clearly more. Just thought it odd that the rpm stayed the same and the climb didn’t really feel harder at the pedal? Any thoughts?

Well, pedaling should feel harder. Have you tried other applications as a test?
Have you confirmed that the latest firmware? You need to use the newest version of the Tacx Utility App to check and update firmware.
You can contact support@tacx.com or this Garmin online UK support link:
