What is the specific video you are trying to install (name and seller). If you are trying to install a licensed Tacx video that requires a code, you are out of luck. If it is a third-party video, you should find instructions with it.

it is a particular video and I have the three files xxx.avi, xxx.pgmf and xxx.rlv; tells me that it cannot find the pgmf

Check the filenames are the same. Some have spaces where a '_' is shown, etc.,
