TTS3 - Reinstall

Hi

I'm trying to get my trainer back up and running, but I've had a system crash on the PC. Windows can't be recovered, so I'm facing a re-install of both Windows and TTS3

I can access the command prompt, so can copy files to a USB.

What can I do to reinstall TTS3 after I rebuild the PC?
