Some videos don't load

I have a question, hopefully someone can help me.
I cannot load some videos on the Tacx Training app (Android). As an example I mention the latest video "Amstell Hills Tour", when I select the video it keeps loading but it doesn't open or find the video. I can select and drive 95% of the videos normally. Does anyone have experience with this?
