Reinstalling a video - Genius T2021 ANT+, Software 4

I have a Genius T2021 ANT+ using Software 4 on a Windows 7 computer

One of my films 'Dordgone Cycle Tour' simply disappeared off the list of films.

I tried to reinstall from the original purchase mail and serial number but it could not verify the serial number and booted me.

Is there a possible solution for this?
