Tts4 and lic-file and tts-files must be installed in the programfiles and subdirectories.
If nilot, tts4 generates a new tts4.lic file.

Where do you copy the tts files from

Search on the old computer. The files are located in subdirectories of the folder where the tts4-software is installed. Look on google otherwise (i have tts3).

This folder is hidden by default, it's necessary to make it visible. From your file browser, click on the Show hidden files and folders option to make the c:\ProgramData visible. Now open the c:\ProgramData\Tacx\TrainerSoftware\TT3 (or TTS4)\Trainings\RLV folder and copy the Tts-files to the same folder on the new computer.
You will also find directories for other types (e.g.Ergo).

hello folks,

since 2 years my tacx genius is a brick because TTS4 is not anymore usable 4 me.
I own two license keys for TTS4 and as well for some videos.

I need help to get my TTS4 again working. Can please someone guide me a little how i get my TTS4 re-activated?
As i anderstood, the author of this thread is able to generate lic files based on given keys?

Any help / hint is really appreciated.

For TTS3 I did the follwing:
Install the software
Enter the license-code
Try to activate
Close the software
Start it again
The login-screen appears,
Press Next.

For me TTS3 is up and running. (Without internet-connection).

I tried to register the TTS4 program without an Internet connection.
During the registration process, I entered the license code as required.
However, I encountered an error message saying "Internal error 3006 in the
web server" when I clicked the "Next" button.
The program subsequently exits when I try to continue, leaving me unable to
complete the registration.
I kindly request your help in resolving this matter. Let me know the steps
I need to follow to successfully register the TTS4 program offline without
encountering the internal error. Your prompt attention to this issue would
be greatly appreciated.

Try to activate with internetconnection (to avoid the webserver-error).
Restart tts4 without internetconnection.

Hi,
managed to reinstall TTS4 and got my old videos without keys to work. Still have five keyed ones here which sadly don't have magic keys - can anybody (MTB?) help to get these to work again?
