I am new here at the forum.
I start with a very special question regarding the TACX Training App Software.
I want to follow a Training Plan (Ground Work). After I've choosen the corresponding plan I have to start with the FTP Test at the very first beginning in a row of several Training workouts. To start with the first unit (FTP) is the precondition that all the trainings will be transferd to "My Trainings".
If I try to start the FTP test I am getting the message "An error occurred when retrieving the route information" or for the germans here "Fehler beim Laden der Streckeninformation". And the test can not be started.
I can do the test from the workout menu and it is working, but the trainings are not transfered to "My Trainings" anyway
