First, thanks to all contributors on help with getting my trainer working again with a new PC after the old one died.
The new mini PC was a Beelink U59 Pro N5105, running Windows 11.

I followed your instructions for transferring my installation
1. changed name of new PC to match old one
2. installed TTS4 from original CD (using an external CD drive)
3. copied license file from original PC to overwrite default

At step 2, there were a couple of errors displayed with installation of MSVC 2010 Redistributable, but I could continue and finish installation. There was also an error about DirectX 9.

When I started TTS4, it opened OK, and I could look at settings, profiles, etc. However, it crashed and disappeared when I tried to open any VR route, or any Catalyst route. In the log file, I could see an error on not being able to locate CefSharp.Core.dll or one of its dependencies (chromium embedded framework).

After some googling on other forums, I found the solution was to install the MSVC 2013 redistributable, downloadable from Microsoft.
I used the x86 variant, as TTS4 is a 32-bit exe. My installation then worked (after another reboot).
